1. Shipping Policy

a) Service Coverage

We deliver across India to both:

  • Individual customers (B2C orders)
  • Licensed healthcare providers and distributors (B2B orders)

b) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation and/or prescription verification (if applicable).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

c) Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2/3 towns and rural areas: 4–7 business days
  • B2B bulk orders: May require additional time depending on inventory and location.

d) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for retail orders above ₹499.
  • Standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply for smaller orders.
  • B2B shipping charges are based on quantity, distance, and courier service and are communicated during invoicing.

e) Delivery Partners

We use reliable courier and logistics partners (e.g., Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, etc.) for secure and timely delivery.

f) Prescription Requirement

For prescription-only drugs, valid scanned prescriptions must be uploaded at checkout or emailed to support@medomicshealthcare.com. Orders will only be dispatched post-verification by a registered pharmacist.


2. Return & Refund Policy

a) Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • You receive the wrong item
  • There is a quality or manufacturing defect
  • The order was duplicated or not authorized

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Medicines requiring cold storage
  • Schedule H/I/X drugs as per Indian Drug Laws
  • B2B bulk orders, unless damaged or incorrect

Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery by contacting customer support.

b) Return Procedure

To request a return:

Our team will coordinate a reverse pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back.

c) Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us via phone or email.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • B2B order cancellations are subject to approval and inventory commitment.
